KURZE BESCHREIBUNG

Schöne und gemütliche 40 m2 Wohnung in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist eine kleine Studio-Wohnung.

Wohnbeschreibung:
Kombinierte Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, Küche, kombinierte Toilette/Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Schöner Innenhof mit Spielplatz und Grillmöglichkeiten.

Ausstattung:

Wlan, TV mit Dänischen Kanälen, Radio, Geschirrspüler.

In der Nähe gibt es eine Münzwäscherei

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der ersten Stock in einem Gebäude ohne Aufzug.

Wir sind sehr flexibel und erlauben Gästen ab 10.30 Uhr einzuchecken oder zumindest ihr Gepäck abzugeben, falls das an dem Tag möglich ist, was von der Abreisezeit der vorherigen Gäste abhängt.

Als Sicherheitsmaßnahme müssen die Kreditkartendetails bei Ankunft hinterlegt werden, um eine Kaution von 1000 Euro abzudecken.

Es ist ggf. möglich, einen Sonderpreis und besondere Konditionen für längere Aufenthalte zu vereinbaren.
Für Aufenthalte von über 30 Tagen beträgt die Sicherheitskaution eine Monatsmiete.

The title speaks for itself. You're litterally at some minutes away from the place to see in Copenagh if you walk. I found also that the decoration inside is good.

Clean and comfortable. More a studio than an apartment. Bathroom too small. Inconvenient having to either make up bed every morning or manage with smaller space. Good location.
