KURZE BESCHREIBUNG

"Sehr zentrale Lage in dem attraktiven und gemütlichen Wohnviertel Christianshavn in der Innenstadt von Kopenhagen.

Diese Straße ist besonders nostalgisch, denn hier wurde eine der bekanntesten Fernsehserien Dänemarks gedreht.

Nahe der Metro, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés.

Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer und Platz für 4 Personen.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Stockwerke und besteht aus:

1. Stock: Küche mit Esstisch, Badezimmer mit Toilette, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Futonbett 140 x 200 cm, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 180 x 200 cm

2. Stock: Wohnzimmer

Zu den Extras der Wohnung gehören:

Wi-Fi, TV mit internationalen Kanälen, gemeinsame Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner im Keller, Spülmaschine.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock eines Gebäudes ohne Aufzug."

Wir sind sehr flexibel und erlauben Gästen ab 10.30 Uhr einzuchecken oder zumindest ihr Gepäck abzugeben, falls das an dem Tag möglich ist, was von der Abreisezeit der vorherigen Gäste abhängt.

Als Sicherheitsmaßnahme müssen die Kreditkartendetails bei Ankunft hinterlegt werden, um eine Kaution von 1000 Euro abzudecken.

Es ist ggf. möglich, einen Sonderpreis und besondere Konditionen für längere Aufenthalte zu vereinbaren.
Für Aufenthalte von über 30 Tagen beträgt die Sicherheitskaution eine Monatsmiete.

Very nice apartment in a perfect location. The neighborhood is beautiful and historic. The Metro and grocery shopping are a short walk away. Very quiet in the apartment with the added benefit of an idyllic courtyard for relaxing.
