KURZE BESCHREIBUNG

Luxus-Wohnung in der Innenstadt von Kopenhagen mit großen privaten Balkon.

Wohnbeschreibung:

Flur, kombinierte Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Küche, kombinierte Toilette und Badezimmer mit Dusche, Gästetoilette, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Zutritt zum Balkon mit Loungemöbeln.

Ausstattung:

Wlan, TV mit internationalen Kanälen, Geschirrspüler und kombinierte Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem ersten Stock in einem Gebäude ohne Aufzug.

Wir sind sehr flexibel und erlauben Gästen ab 10.30 Uhr einzuchecken oder zumindest ihr Gepäck abzugeben, falls das an dem Tag möglich ist, was von der Abreisezeit der vorherigen Gäste abhängt.

Als Sicherheitsmaßnahme müssen die Kreditkartendetails bei Ankunft hinterlegt werden, um eine Kaution von 1000 Euro abzudecken.

Es ist ggf. möglich, einen Sonderpreis und besondere Konditionen für längere Aufenthalte zu vereinbaren.
Für Aufenthalte von über 30 Tagen beträgt die Sicherheitskaution eine Monatsmiete.

Es gibt exzellente Grünflächen in der Nähe wie zum Beispiel Schloss Rosenborg Lustgarten. Nørreport Metro Station ist zu Fuß einfach erreichbar.

Location was excellent. Property lovely and spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, TV / reading area seperate to the lounge. Had issue with heating which was dealt with by Apts in Copnhgn as soon as they were made aware.
