KURZE BESCHREIBUNG

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Innenstadt.

Die Wohnung ist eingerichtet mit:

Komb. Flur/Küche/Esszimmer/Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, 2 Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche.

Zudem ist die Wohnung ausgestattet mit:

WLAN, TV mit iGoogle Chromecast, Geschirrspüler, komb. Waschmaschine/Trockner.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock in einem Gebäude ohne Fahrstuhl.

Da die Wohnung direkt im Zentrum liegt, ist mit Straßenlärm zu rechnen.

Wir sind sehr flexibel und erlauben Gästen ab 10.30 Uhr einzuchecken oder zumindest ihr Gepäck abzugeben, falls das an dem Tag möglich ist, was von der Abreisezeit der vorherigen Gäste abhängt.

Das Wohnzimmer und eines der Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straße hinaus, das andere Schlafzimmer liegt zum Hof hinaus.

BEDINGUNGEN UND INFORMATIONEN

Als Sicherheitsmaßnahme müssen die Kreditkartendetails bei Ankunft hinterlegt werden, um eine Kaution von 1000 Euro abzudecken.

Es ist ggf. möglich, einen Sonderpreis und besondere Konditionen für längere Aufenthalte zu vereinbaren.
Für Aufenthalte von über 30 Tagen beträgt die Sicherheitskaution eine Monatsmiete.

Die Nachbarschaft

Einzigartige Lage an der Købmagergade, und die Fußgängerzone "Strøget" liegt direkt um die Ecke. Die Metro und der Bahnhof Nørreport Station sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.

Auch Grünflächen wie der Park ”Kongens Have” oder das Schloss Rosenborg sind nicht weit entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt vor der Tür Die Købmagergade verläuft direkt bis zur Nørreport Station (Metro). Jede Menge Sightseeing ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

An excellent location in the middle of Copenhagen, which actually makes some little things almost not worth mentioning. Due to the location it is quite noisy, so people who are really sensitive about noise should be aware of that.
